ABOUT
My name is Naomi Miller, and I am a Pilates instructor and Massage Therapist.

I found a love for and an interest in the human body and how it works when I was training as a dancer. Throughout my training I practiced Pilates and had regular Sports Massage treatments. Both of these really kept me at the top of my game by helping to recover quickly from injuries and build strength to prevent further injury.

After finishing my training it was obvious that my interests and passions were more with the body than with dancing.
So I then qualified as a Pilates instructor in mat based Pilates and then as a level 3 sports massage therapist. Since then, my interest for the subject has only become deeper. I have gone on to become a qualified pregnancy massage therapist, baby massage instructor, and pre and post natal Pilates instructor. I am now also studying to become a chiropractor.

Since qualifying I have helped a huge number of clients with their health and wellbeing both physically and mentally. I work with a broad range of people from mums to be and babies, to body builders, desk workers, marathon runners and everyone in between.
